The Eiffel Tower's unique feature is its ever-changing height due to thermal expansion and contraction of the iron structure. During the summer, it can grow by as much as 15 centimeters (6 inches) due to the sun's heat. Additionally, the tower features 72 engraved names of French scientists and engineers, a hidden tribute to their contributions.
